Lindsey Penner serves as Practice Administrator at Peak Heart & Vascular, where she provides strategic leadership across operations, clinical integration, and  initiatives that enhance patient experience, efficiency, and quality of care.

Since the founding of Peak Heart & Vascular in 2020, Lindsey has been an integral member of the leadership team. She has helped guide the organization’s operations, including front and back office functions, billing, human resources, and administration.

Prior to joining Peak Heart & Vascular, Lindsey spent more than 15 years as Manager of Electrophysiology Services at a large multispecialty cardiovascular practice. In this role, she managed electrophysiology programs, optimized workflows, and supported the delivery of specialized cardiac care.
