I am a first time patient and was very impressed at the friendliness of this place starting with the front desk personnel. From the moment I arrived the office staff and nurse were very professional and welcoming! I was there for an assessment of my family’s heart Hx and my concerns of my heart health. Dr Bear very pleasant and informative. He suggested a test and I had it scheduled! I had test yesterday and staff very knowledgeable and helpful! Arrived early to fill out paperwork was called back before appt time, back office staff was very nice, Dr assistant came in and explained what Dr Tran might want to do and answered our questions about the procedures, Dr Tran explained why and what procedure he recommends. Dr Tran recommended the PFA Ablation it was performed outpatient, feeling better overall, can't wait until my 3 month check up hopefully feeling better everyday. Thank You Dr. Andy Tran

Dr. Andy Tran is a top notched Cardiologist and Cardic Electrophysiologist. He is very intelligent and stays on top of the lastest technology. I have been a patient of his for years and he has done many procedures on me. All successful. I can't say enough about him. I will stay with him where ever he is located. He takes time with you so you understand everything. Very professional.Thankful to have him for my Dr.

I saw the Nurse Practitioner, Susanna. She is awesome! She gave me good explanations of everything that is happening with my leg and she answered all my questions.

Dr. Mehta is the best cardiologist I’ve had the privilege to see. He is kind, has compassion, smart, takes time to listen to you, and offers treatments that make sense and work to your advantage. He is in Phx , but comes to Cottonwood once a week. We are lucky to have him up here. He does have one nurse that happens to be the worst Ive ever been around. He is rude, rough, no feedback, doesn’t smile, just feels like a bully. He doesn’t come up every week tho; that’s good. All the others he brings up are ok.

After my referral, Peak made an appointment with me very fast. Everyone in the office are polite and well informed. I look forward to receiving treatment from Dr. Smith and his staff. I had my stint put in my right Iliac vein and everything went great. My after surgery care is fantastic. I was really scared the morning of my surgery and before I knew it, it was over. I am recommending Peak to my family and friends. I went in for my six months check up. My surgery is great. I am having issues somewhere else now. They have set me up to make sure that I don't have any blockages anywhere else and told me to get a referral from my general practitioner for a Heart specialist. I am going to ask on Monday at my doctor appointment to give me a referral for Peak Heart and Vascular. Dr. Smith in Vascular is very thorough and the staff are knowledgeable and professional.

First visit to this location, front desk was welcoming and very pleasant. Dr. Duong was great and pleasant. Dr. Duong asked great questions and listened well.

Dr. Adam diagnosed and treated me with precision for the pain that I had been experiencing for over a year and a half in my foot and leg. I got immediate relief after the procedure, and he and his staff were great! I’ve already recommended him to a couple other people.

Dr. Mehta is a wonderful Doctor. This was our second procedure with him. He is skilled and highly recommended. We sought him out because we have confidence in him. He did what others could not. In fact, one of our nurses yesterday said that she sees many doctors and she had her grandmother go to Dr. Mehta. He has a great bedside manner but more importantly he is a skilled cardiologist and we have had great care. Highly recommended! Dr. Mehta is awesome. Thank you for taking such good care of us!

We absolutely love Dr. Mann. He’s done great things for my husband. The only thing he needs to change is how the phones are answered other than that everything is great.
