Dr. Andy Tran is a founding partner of Peak Heart & Vascular and a board-certified cardiologist and cardiac electrophysiologist with over 15 years of experience. Widely recognized for his expertise and innovation in electrophysiology, he has performed more than 10,000 cardiac ablations and over 10,000 cardiac device implantations, including defibrillators, cardiac resynchronization devices, pacemakers, and loop recorders. In 2017, Dr. Tran performed the first transseptal puncture in an ambulatory surgery center setting and, in 2018, completed the first atrial fibrillation ablation in an ASC setting.

Dr. Tran completed his internal medicine residency at MCP Hahnemann University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, followed by a fellowship in cardiovascular disease at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, and a fellowship in electrophysiology at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan.

As a founding partner of Peak Heart & Vascular, Dr. Tran has helped expand access to advanced electrophysiology care across the Phoenix metropolitan area and northern Arizona. He collaborates closely with multidisciplinary teams to integrate cutting-edge technology and evidence-based treatments that improve outcomes for patients with a wide range of cardiac conditions.

Clinically, Dr. Tran has a special interest in catheter ablation of atrial fibrillation and other complex atrial and ventricular arrhythmias, including advanced pulsed field ablation using Farapulse and Varipulse technologies. He uses advanced diagnostic tools to correlate patient symptoms with underlying disease and tailors treatment plans to the individual. Patient safety and clear communication are central to his practice, and he ensures patients understand the risks and benefits of each therapy and procedure.

Dr. Andy Tran is an excellent Electrocardiologist. He has done numerous procedures on me through the years and I have faith and trust in him as he is very knowledgeable and successful in his field. It doesn't matter how far his office is from me I will always go to whatever office location he is at. Many doctors at hospitals I have been in praise Dr. Tran and they know him well and compliment him for being excellent Electrocardiologist. He is very friendly and takes time to listen to what you have to say. I can't say enough about Dr. Tran as he is absolutely a top Electrocardiologist.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Andy Tran. He truly listens, takes the time to answer questions, and never makes you feel rushed. Bad experience you texted me saying I missed my appointment, not true I showed up before my 2 pm appointment, I was refused service because they could not find my referral, I have been with dr Tran for 5 years , needless to say I was pissed of driving all the way over there in 110 degrees heat , please let me know When you get new referral

Dr Tran is a excellent Doctor meaning in what he does with his hands. As for his mannerisms with me as his patient. Im not impressed. Nothing I feel is ever explained to me. I try to ask questions but that's when he heads for the door. I won't get into detail about his bedside manners. Since I've relocated to a new Doctor much closer to me in Flagstaff. I learned more from my first visit with my new Doctor than I did in 2 years with Dr. Tran. Dr Tran sorry but not sorry :) if you were a little more nicer to me I would have stayed.

Dr. Andy Tran is a top notched Cardiologist and Cardic Electrophysiologist. He is very intelligent and stays on top of the lastest technology. I have been a patient of his for years and he has done many procedures on me. All successful. I can't say enough about him. I will stay with him where ever he is located. Have been extremely satisfied with Dr Tran at Peak Heart and Vascular since moving to their care from 3 previous years at Cardiac Solutions. I may have dodged a bullet leaving that other office, based on a recent diagnosis that was never investigated at the previous office. Blessed to now be in their care.
