Very nice service people are very curtious and helpful

The doctor was polite and knowledgeable. He ordered some testing for me.
The medical assistants also very polite while they read off all of my prescriptions there are 16 of them.

Dr. Duong is caring and communicative, the technician that performs the ultrasounds and ECHO is fantastic. Front office great to work with in scheduling. Dr. Calarese was terrific for the vascular consult. Really pleased with everyone’s kindness and professionalism in communicating so detailed.

I have seen both Dr. Mann and Dr. Calarese and they have both been very good! The office staff members have all been very kind and helpful. I also appreciate the fact that all of the testing needed is done in the same facility. I had been referred to YRMC for a cardiologist, but they were booked up until January, which was ten months out at the time. I did my own research online and found Peak Heart and they were able to get me in fairly quickly. Thank you all for being here, you're greatly needed and appreciated!

Dr. Adam Calarese was a pleasure to meet again. My surgery went well!
He explains everything thoroughly and leaves you with follow up suggestions. I highly recommend him!

I saw Dr. Calarese, he was the best vascular surgeon I have seen since being in Prescott, and I have seen 3 others! I would highly recommend. Just know that the people who book the appointments sometimes overbook, and the wait times can be longer than your scheduled appointment time.

Dr Duong was friendly yet concise in his questions and information. I appreciated his observations and insights.

Dr. Tran listens to what you have to say and doesn't try to rush you. His associates that travel with him from Phoenix on Fridays are friendly and caring.

Been to a lot of Doc appointments and this was by far the quickest and most efficient ever. Almost no waiting and Dr. Tran was extremely attentive and willing to listen.

The staff is very efficient and helpful.

It was quick and easy to be seen. Doctor asked questions I didn’t know had anything to do with what could be going on with my heart. No beating around the bush. They have me set up to go straight to the big tests to find out what’s going on. Thank you Peak!!!

I have been there twice and have found everyone very polite and friendly. I look forward to finding out test results. And moving forward from there.
I met Dr. Duoing, yesterday 12/2/25. He is down to earth, genuinely listens , clearly puts patient care first. I am blessed to have been assigned his patient since my Dr, Dr Patel, is no longer with the group practice. Thank God.

Dr Calarese was attentive, patient in listening and understood expressions given by patient. First time visits at a doctor’s office can cause nervousness; but, Dr Calarese made it a calm and positive first time appointment visit. The front desk receptionist was very kind, and ready to assist with a smile. Dr. Calarese’s nurse assistant, was attentive. Thank you for your service, Peak Heart & Vascular Office.

I was referred to peak and saw dr Mann. His staff was quick, professional and courteous. I saw the dr quick and he prob a clear picture of the issue. Great service and great staff.

Excellent communication, kind approach, informative and thoughtful

My second appointment with Dr. Mann, and it went well. It was mainly a followup for the heart monitor I wore earlier, and he explained what was found and what we'd do about it. While it's been sobering to know my heart has issues, and what they are, I've also been reassured about how promptly they're being addressed.

All is great except the wait times. The wait times are always 1/2 hour to 45 minutes or more after my appt times. Other than that, the personnel are helpful, friendly and efficient.

Dr. Mann is very caring and thorough. I truly appreciate him.

Dr Tran was very professional and efficient.

Dr. Tran is friendly and informative. His staff is professional and friendly.

Paying $75 copay is unethical and irresponsible. Everybody in the office is already getting paid, I'm paying out of pocket for procedures and advice. Sometimes I'm in the office for less than 10 minutes and I still have to pay the full amount!
I would hope more people would stand up and complain about the ridiculous copay prices.
Overall, Peak Heart has provided me with excellent service, the staff is very professional.

Everyone from the front desk to the doctors is so friendly and knowledgeable and Professional. The only problem I had was had they looked at my chart and what they had before. I got there they would’ve noticed they didn’t have the back up blood work . It could’ve saved us wasted time or is the case proved to be I could’ve brought copies of the bloodwork with me. However, another appointment was easily made, and I contacted my primary doctor and she has since forwarded the bloodwork perhaps a small thing to some, but I am handicapped and it was difficult for me to make the appointment however, as I say, they all seem very professional and knowledgeable and we’re extremely friendly and nice. I look forward to enlarging my relationship with these people..

Dr. Duang was very nice. He answered my questions. He is easy going, which makes the patient feel comfortable talking to him. I appreciate that very much.

Peak Health is a pleasant office with helpful technicians. Dr. Tran is very good answering questions and concerns.

Dr. Tran was able to fix my a-fib on my heart. He explains procedures extremely well and very easy to talk to. I wish all my doctors were as nice as Dr. Tran!

Dr Mann was very thorough and attentive. I think I will like dealing with him. I trust his knowledge.
