I have seen both Dr. Mann and Dr. Calarese and they have both been very good! The office staff members have all been very kind and helpful. I also appreciate the fact that all of the testing needed is done in the same facility. I had been referred to YRMC for a cardiologist, but they were booked up until January, which was ten months out at the time. I did my own research online and found Peak Heart and they were able to get me in fairly quickly. Thank you all for being here, you're greatly needed and appreciated!

The office is very nice with ample parking and the staff was wonderful. Front desk lady was helpful, pleasant and knew my name the second time I came in. The techs who did the stress test were informative, friendly and very reassuring. Dr. Berman was lovely. Felt very comfortable with him. He definitely has a great bedside manner. Very good experience all around.

Of course, there’s some trepidation and nervousness about going to a cardiologist, but this was mildly diffused upon greeting the first receptionist.

My nervousness and trepidation came from past experiences with doctors and PAs that were more concerned about their ego than patient care. So I looked elsewhere and my new PCP sent a referral to Peake .

We were led to a small room and a very capable young woman took down all my information. But the best part of the experience was when the doctor himself, Dr Mehta, came into the room, followed by a young woman who was a breath of fresh air with her authenticity.

Dr. Mehta Immediately engaged me in casual conversation while his assistant paid attention to the computer and typed all the information And I have to say I really liked this assistant.

I was immediately impressed that he conducted his consultation in such a manner, Whereas most doctors are hidden behind a computer screen. I dont understand that process at all. The answers are in the patient.
The consultation went extremely well because Dr. Mehta shared his full attention, his wisdom And his expertise. I was given an EKG when I first went into the room and the doctor checked out my heart with many different positions with his stethoscope. I found him to be extremely compassionate with a slight sense of humor and extremely intelligent and extremely capable. He had a talent to put me at ease. My upper blood pressure is usually over 170 when I go to these places which is called white coat Syndrome. But my upper was 133 on the first blood pressure test and After speaking with the doctor My blood pressure went down to 120. (I have been telling many doctors and nurses and PAs that I don’t have high blood pressure and that I only do when I entered these places, but they still prescribe blood pressure medication for me which I refuse to take)
This experience declared the correct approach andvenvironment for working with patients
I really like the doctor and his unique and inspirational assistant. By her entering the room told me this Peake Heart Honored all individuals to be authentic and to express who they are. She immediately diffused the arrogance and stuffiness of many of these western medical centers. Good for her!

Excellent customer service, very professional and caring employees, and Dr. I do recomen this office to friends and family when needed.
My new dr is very professional and his assistants are super human being. Very helpful very positive, they work in a very positive manner. I was treated probably better than a family member. Especially by the young girl who speaks Spanish. She is so professional. Love that kind of attitude…

From Doctors Mann and Tran, to Gregory NP and all staff, I received the kind of attention that was common 50 years ago...and now so RARE!

My second appointment with Dr. Mann, and it went well. It was mainly a followup for the heart monitor I wore earlier, and he explained what was found and what we'd do about it. While it's been sobering to know my heart has issues, and what they are, I've also been reassured about how promptly they're being addressed.
