
Dr. Truong Duong is a board-certified cardiologist and cardiac electrophysiologist with more than 18 years of experience specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac rhythm disorders. He began his career practicing in Southern California before relocating to Arizona in 2024 to join Peak Heart & Vascular.
Dr. Duong is highly experienced in the full spectrum of electrophysiology procedures, including cardiac device implantation and advanced catheter ablation techniques, and has a long track record of excellent clinical outcomes. He performs procedures in both hospital environments and ambulatory surgery centers.
Early in his career, Dr. Duong played a key role in expanding electrophysiology access across the Inland Empire. He founded and developed the electrophysiology program at Riverside Community Hospital (HCA) in 2008, and later established the program at Corona Regional Medical Center in 2015.
He has served in multiple leadership roles, including chair of cardiology and director of cardiac electrophysiology at several community and regional medical centers. His expertise has also led to ongoing collaborative work with major medical device companies. Dr. Duong has served as a consultant to the Boston Scientific Business Strategy Advisory Board and continues to collaborate as a consultant and speaker for Abbott, Zoll, and Biotronik.
